3. Flash STOCK_ROM_J700T_PD2 or any stock firmware
3. Extract boot.img from FACTORY_BINARY_J700T_PF2
4. Use 7zip to convert it into boot.img.tar then flash with odin

After phone rebooted has adb enabled and just ran these 3 commands in minimal adb and fastboot (to me works better than normal cmd your choice)

1- devices
2- shell netcfg
3- shell content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1

Pretty simple with the right files, I don't really know how or where to upload them, trust me not going thru 3 hours of search history to find links. Google the files same as I typed them in steps and should come up first.

I don't know if there's is a easier way, all it took me was about 10 mins, not counting all it took reading, trials, and finding the files.

Only tested this in J700T dont know if would work on T1 or F. Will try to put the files somewhere for you guys stuck can download.

Dont need to go through all of that. Here I will make it easy for everyone:

-Download and flash this boot file through odin

J700T/T1 BOOT

-This will enable adb. Run the command to bypass activation (adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1)

- Turn on oem unlocking and reset.

-Done

Also, if the adb doesn't enable, that means the SBOOT didn't stick. Gotta reflash it until it does. Annoying but it works.

Definitely know would've been easier that way, I spent 3 days looking for that Sboot file you just shared and never found that's why I did such a long process, actually not that long took me 15 mins. But thanks for the boot file will be needed later.

Hi,
I made the procedure such as markhaines1985 wrote, but OEM unlock option is not available. I downloaded the files from here.

Any help please?

Download Factory Binary. Use WinRAR to open the tar file. Copy boot.img. Use tar tool to change to tar.md5 file. That easy.
