this is 1000% tested method.
first of all bro usb debg mode enable and oem unlock enable
than write this firmware. this firmware is available in z3x support. and sammobile.
this is four file firmware and 7.0.

J727PVPU1AQB9_SPT1AQB9

after write this firmware set complete on.

root phone by this file

and install superSU by playstore.

after root use z3x pro and octo select model sm-j727p and unlock.

set complete and 1000% unlock by this method.
