SM-J727t1 unlock but dont signal [Limited service - Problem with provider/IMIE]

Hi Team Mates!

After unlocking this model by credits. This does not hold a signal. and as I see in the forums the Binary 3 is doing this. Is there a way to recover my 5 credits back or do this unlock correctly?

you have to check *#0011# before any unlock to be sure that nothing changed.
never exist any problem with J727t unlock.
look problem on your side , phone side, hardware side.

Here's a checklist when there's no signal:

1. Imei *#06#, first make sure it's not showing 000000000000000, and check with a network checker if it's blacklisted or not.
2. *#0*# make sure it doesn't show MIPI Fail error, otherwise it's hardware problem.
3. Try several different sim cards from different carriers (make sure the sim is active).
4. Open up the phone and check visually for any signs of liquid damage.

By the way it's almost never due to a bad unlock, it's either unlocked or not, there's no in between.

I see a signal in the photo that you post, which is what happens to you that does not register in the NETWORK ?? Try wipe userdata and wipe cache, or flash the stock rom

Service Reg Status: LIMITED < this is your problem, your provider has limited service for the device call them to verify why.

What exactly did you do to fix the problem? Post for anyone else reading this so a true solution can be found.

He most likely called the provider to verify why reg status was limited. It wasn't an issue with unlock. The issue was provider was limiting service for what ever reason.

Blocked IMEI, Locked Account, Unpaid bills etc.
