Just a temporary fix for DRK error, will at least boot your phone.

Now let me explain, if you repaired an IMEI using Z3X and it now has a bad Dev Root Key and will not boot after an update or reset, this program will at least allow you to boot back into the phone so it is running again, you can root it again, write a cert again, unlock, etc. Now once you download the latest firmware for the Samsung model, ex. G920T DOI1, you will have 7 files. Extract the contents of the firmware to a folder. Then extract the contents of the tool to a separate folder. Don't touch any of the dependency files, including odin that came from the tool. You will only copy four files to the tools folder, those being, sboot.bin, cm.bin, boot.img, and system.img. Once those four files are copied into the cell magicians tool folder, double click the cell magicians.bat, it will take about ten minutes to create a AP.tar and a BL.tar. Afterwards, use oding 10 or above and place the BL.tar in the BL slot and the AP.tar in the AP slot. Place phone in download mode and begin flash, your phone will boot after flash. This does not fix DRK but will allow you to use phone again! The Cell Magicians Tool

Yeah but no one has given the solution freely out there without buying a separate tool. So at least this is a fix to boot their phone.

Not taking two images and inserting into one, many don't know the code to do so. I am at least giving the solution and made batch program for them. So yes.

Any ways, guys, just use link above, use the four files as directed into folder, after the two tar's are created flash in Odin v10 and you will be set to use phone again. Works on G920, G925, G928, N920, etc.

I only plan on continuing to do so, we should all be helping each other, it's the point. I'm not going to sit on what I have or know.

Its a simple one line linux code to convert files into tar format:

tar -H ustar -c sboot/bin cm/bin boot/img system/img > name of file_version/tar

i had to replace the periods with forward slashes because I do not have 10 posts and it thinks i am trying to post a link.

But it is that simple.

If you do not understand linux you better start studying. Why do I say that. What do you think android is written in?
When people using windows go to try to just write a script, even if they figure out how to save it as a batch file, they still don't have the dependency files to run that script, I included them...

But I do love the wink, wink, nudge, nudge, hints people put out there for users that still don't get them anywhere.

I agree, but just giving people a solution for their soft bricked phone from someone killing their drk, or them doing it them selves. Not everyone has the sboot nor the uart capability

I would like to take a moment to thank you for doing this, there are a lot of people that will tell u that this doesn't help, but I can tell u it will help people a lot, I had to learn to do this on cywin but I know tons of people that will find this useful, I hope u keep up the good work and keep helping people. BTW for those that don't know how to extract the files from an md5 file all u have to do is delete the md5 from the name of the file u will end up with a file with tar extension and after that open with winrar

Dont forget to hit the thanks button
