You need to downgrade modem and try it again

I tried to downgrade and phone keeps getting stuck on logo im not able to downgrade to 4.4.4 due to bootloader lock at 5.1.1

Re flash the 5.1.1 and the Extract the 4.4.4 firmware and flash only modem and try again
