In normal mode phone is not detected at all
While with other tool i have full log.
Maybe am doing something wrong.
Can you describe connection method in normal mode?
I have an lg D821 with Imei : 0 no way to fix it .
From 6.0.1 i downgraded to 5.1.1 and to 4.4.4 and always getting error with other tool.
The only thing i ve done with z3x lg is in the screenshot above.

1. Update software to 9.0 (exist now in support area).
2. PC detect LG serial port in Device Manager? If not see you must root phone and press in software DIAG button (this enable diagnostic port).

try a qcn for repair for see what happen if u put imei ok try for see now with qcn C:\Program Files\Z3X\LG\LGTool\Resources\QCN supposed to change imei after give another imei.. good luck.
