how to conect phone ?

Hi same thing happened to me and i have found the solution. U need to open its diag mode. Google it and u will find it. Once ur diag mode test port is enabled then it will detect and unlock as easy as cake. Good Luck

Please open log file in \LGTool\Logs\ *.* and post file content here or send to me in PM. In logs exist addition informations about ports. I check why software not detect modem port - maybe not standard driver and software don't know port name.
