LG G2 After Update Lollipop Set Touch Missing

how to solve this problem

1. Put phone in download mode(Turn off phone, press and hold Vol + button and insert USB cable).
2. Run Lg 2-3g Tool.
3. Select your phone model.
4. Select firmware.
5. Press flash button.

If not help, check in options :
+ flash in direct mode
+ erase user data after flash

First remove backcover of your phone to see what model is it
I am 100% sure that this is not d802
If its model number was different from d802 so flash with that model
Your problem will solved

inside phone is ls980 but when i flash ls980 file software says wrong model selected...........

Check in options: manual choice of model.

in z3x lg there is no ls980 model in list

Select LS980 firmtware
