good day everyone im here once again hoping someone would help me find exact firmware for this phone.i downloaded twice on z3x support,but it gives me this warning,,


im worried it might brick the phone so i did not continue flashing with the firmware i downloaded.logs says phone software version is,,

Software verion: K52020q
Android verion: 7.0
Target operator: GLOBAL

kindly help me team find exact firmware for this phone

then i continue flashing but now it shows this error,,

looks like this is a hardware issue,,faulty emmc i guess,,flashing completed but nothing has change,,message saying unfortunately system has stopped,,blah blah blah,,then phone will restart

Try make hard reset.
