LG Ku250 after unlock boot error - GSM-Forum

Hi I have an LG KU250 from spain, after I tried to unlock it with Z3X box I got boot error - Unavailable OTP Block in yellow sreen.

Please gime me an solution for this error. I need the steps to repair the phone.
