Sir Any body knows to solve the problem of LG KU990 Unavailable OTP Block ?
I flashed with z3x box. But the problem is same. Thanks.

select imei repair and press repair button, type your imei and press Ok button

I tried imei repair option also. Still the same proble.

Check all SEC files in C:\Program Files\Z3X\LG\LGQ\Backup, IF there is a SEC file for your phone, restore it... otherwise, no solution with Z3x

I got the hand set with the same problem. so no question of good restore files in back up. Thanks
