You connect phone in Download mode, if yes please check cable/phone connector/not use any hub or box.

yes i was connected in download mode and oriinal samsung cable used for eny samsung and lg phones
and i have windows 10 64bit
i test in windows 8.1 also and tired other cabls!
i get back to *******r
