LG LM-K420YM Software shows Unlocked, But phone is Locked. - GSM-Forum

LG LM-K420YM is came for unlock.I was done unlock in Z3X LG Software.Software shows unlocked.But when I was inserted sim card,Phone shows network locked.10 Credits are consumed.Please refund the credits to my account.Here is log:
