Hi

I Saw a lot of unlock log with success , few of them complain that after unlock still locked. This case is different ..... it cant be unlocked , any idea ?

just flash modem ,, search

some guys has have posted ,,, just flash modem don't unlock ,, just flash

and stay in zv8 do not upgrade to zv9

To fix services disabled Via command shell

adb shell am start com.lge.networksettings/com.lge.networksettings.MobileNetworkSettings

Then chose global

Next time use search function
