Been using Z3x just fine, using on Windows 10 but UFS cable doesnt work because I cannot see the right COM port in Z3x

Can somebody please tell me how to exactly install the correct drivers to get the com port to show up in Z3x for UFS cable operation on Windows 10 machine?
