well that wasent as i respectet no help at all team must be still cellibriting new year...
now i flashed the phone using sam frimware version was wondering if any member can assist for downgrading from zv8 to zv3 so i will be able to unlock.

Unlock LS992 with Android 7 not supported because in firmwares with Android 7 LG add write protect(we can write only firmware with signature).

For restore your phone need only flash latest firmwares.
Why in phone IMEI is corrupted I don't know. Unlock not touch block with IMEI.
