Try selecting H740 in the phone list, enable diag port and unlock

Install correct driver and connect phone in Charge Only or MTP mode.

LGUnitedMobileDriver_S52MAN314AP22_ML_WHQL_Ver_3.1 4.1.exe use this driver.
