Try download LG_2-3G_Tool_4_0.exe from support and post result.

You connect phone direct to mother board? Windows detect new device after select CP Reset?

Try before select CP Reset select CP USB.

Connect direct this connect usb cable phone direct to mother board usb without box/hub.

You try select CP USB before select CP Reset?
