I have one kp275 the phone is fully unlocked but i can't change imei always say

Repairing IMEI... , phone must be powered on!
Current IMEI:35795802182972400
Writing new IMEI:34323423423242
Result is:MPL ERROR
IMEI Repair failed , please make Direct Unlock
and try to repeat procedure again.

the phone was powered. it's have bug;
