LG V522 aka LG G Pad III 8.0 internet problem after unlock

hello all, i ve got tab LG V522 aka LG G Pad III 8.0 for unlocking, i ve unlocked it using the lg codes service from the server, tab was asking for nck and it even has accepted the nck code generated, when i put the sim of another carrier int he tab the network is available and sms are being received, means the netowrk is working now but i m not able to activate the data connectin on this tab, i ve tried two diff sim card of bsnl and jio and have even edted their apn's manually but the data connection isnt working...it was from canada fido,

hav the fido restricted the data modem in any way??? i was thinking to try debrand it but the frirmware found online is only V52220a_00_1219.kdz, RGS

i think this firmware also belongs to rogers, i have tried flashing this file but after flashing its in same state...

can anyone hlp me regarding this issue????
