Hi I was trying to unlock this phone and encountered an error and it did not unlock but used credits can any Z3X team member help me please:

Hello,
You need press unlock button again. LG server can't charge credits twice for same phone.

I had to give the phone back since I couldnt unlock it and the response here was a bit too late. My question would be what happened to the credits that was taken?

LG server calc data and send to software. Port was busy and software break process. You must be press unlock button again or send mail to [email protected] for refund (max 48 hour after this).
