loop in "New shell available download it now" - GSM-Forum

Hello

I've just bought Z3x pro, when press run hardware wizard to activate the box it keep asking for update "New shell available download it now" , thought updated it couple of times but still the same. plz how to overcome this loop ?

shell version is 4.6.2

it doesn't work,

look when I press hardware wizard to activate the box it keeps asking for update, though i've updated it couple of times.

when i try to download anything from extension or shell it says I need to update card firmware..

all drivers are ok

what to do now ?

is it a problem in the box itself or from my windows ?

You said you have shell 4.6.2 and link is for 4.7.3 version. Download it and install. if you will have still problem then uninstall all - shell, drivers, etc. and restart computer. After that install new shell and drivers - then connect box and start shell and hardware wizard. Also shell need's to be run with administrative privileges

It's done, thx a lot dear.

You know I was updating it within the shell itself and it seems there was a bug in it. anyway I got Z3x now.
