LS990 unlocked no internet - GSM-Forum

Have unlocked successfully LG LS990 with firmware LS990ZV8 in download method , when software ask i choice Old Firmware. Now the problem is , no access to internet in WiFi or using Mobil data. I have downgraded to LS990ZV4 and navigation works fine using WIFI but not work using Mobil data , I have installed the Change Apn .app I have configurated but no success. The phone have received via OTA the new firmware (LS990ZV8) , I have installed and phone relock again, I have unlocked but same problem, no access to internet.
I choice the WiFi network , insert password , if i try navigate give message : web page not available. Using a no password WiFi have same result.
