Just find the backup .tar file taken by z3x when u tried to unlock it very first time.

Write that .tar as PDA - also check if any NV or QCN backup found in z3x folder ? IF yes write back that QCN file as well.

Hopefully imei shall be recovered.

As blang always says there's nothing to repair. You have to write good efs to it to get the baseband back. If that doesn't work it must be a hardware issue.
