Solution very hard to build in sofware and have many steps inside so please test and if you will found any bug, please post in forum.

For androind 2.3.3 and high - please root your phone.

BEFORE DO DO EFS REPAIR - FLASH NORMAL NOT PATCHED FIRMWARE TO PHONE
While EFS repair - keep active lcd, not locket!!! cos some time phone will ask superuser acess
