Ok so i wrote a clean cert on a G900v I wasnt able to get any service until i did a wipe efs now i have 1x and full bars but still cant use the phone

just match the meid with the imei..as I can see you're using EFS Pro so u must send the verizon 16 digit password and the spc first

See i did that and still get no service, only time i get service is if i wipe the efs

wiping EFS in a verizon phone is not a good idea at all.. repair imei and match meid..put a sim card with service and wait..could take maybe 10 minutes to pick up signal the first time.

that means cert is good..if it's not blacklisted and your simcard has service..all u have to do is wait..also make sure you set the phone as gsm/umts if you're trying to use a non verizon sim card
