try with 3 PC. modem drivers installed without problem. this is 2 nd phone same problem

Hello, check Samsung Mobile USB Modem in device manager and post screenshot of result of *#0808# code.

samaeung modem usb device shown in device manager. but z3x not found samsung modem port. but some did unlock this model phone by direct unlock. so problem may be in phone settings or driver. can help me to clear this problem ??

in device manager show samsung modem device. but software not detected usb modem

I have 3 usb ports on my pc, and only one of them will detect the modem

I have experienced the same problem with J700f. The pc can detect the phone, but the software says not found. I have had 2 phones with same problem. But other models are connecting and unlocking without a problem. I thought it was a drivers issue, and re-installed. Still not found.
