You have installed wrong drivers . Re install windows and install only z3x smar card drivers . I have faced this problem i got solved

bro. i installed drivers correctly but only this box not connecting because i m using 2 Z3X boxs n other one box is working fine...

If your box still have warranty then claim it for a change item (z3x box)

bro same probleam z3x box was connected when I got atf box updates ... restore eeprom in atf But restored eeprom z3x interface (z3x box with atf eeprom)
only usb work FTDI Not Working
