My New Z3x Card Dead - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I am a New Z3X User,
Today i buy a z3x box,
& when i attach my computer & run sell then always show ur card firmwere is 1.5 plz update u r card 2.2.

when i update my card then 1 st time 7% go then stop & hang software.
again i try to update then 8% go then hang software.
again i 3r time try to upgrade then 69% update then upgrade hang again.
(long time)

then i try show card not connected.(sell show )
i try to repair dead card but not ok.

please help me & solve my Problem.
