Nec E228 flashing problem - GSM-Forum

Hi all first time using nst ive tried to flash e228 with russian and discovered a problem like i did conect a phone via usb installed drivers than start to flash com 10 command usb flash mode and so on it become ) got a message conected start and so on then erasing starts its going to the end and getting a message waiting for confirmation fromn phone and program hangs it going nowhere any help any advises
PS I wonder is there any tutorial where users could get an informations how to use this soft like setool FAQ or so BR

awaiting for an answer i really apprecciate a good update for enabler version 1,5 adding a straight support button hope in version 1,6 U ll add a f**k off button directed to Your customers that own that staff and hopellesly waiting for an answer BR
PS There is absolutely not even guide for a newbies on Your support site just software some flashes pinouts and drivers think about it even if Your soft is so easy in use but always is a bug U can meet and its your duty to help a customer as others do ....

check cable and phone connector - contact disappeard while erasing (IMHO) . For me work perfectly ! Just be patient .

Well i cannot connect a benq siemens ef81 with this soft made 2 with 3G swup today offtop maybe its an excellent staff maybe im not able to use it Tks all for help THREAD CLOSED

Probably phone problem probably vry sry Z3x team anyway I have another nec e228 that connects via com shows imei 0000000000000 is it possible to repair and tell the proper weay i did tried but still same and cannot connect this phone via usb its not recognized br
