My Z3X Box is dead??? - GSM-Forum

I've use this box without problems 2 months an windows xp pack3. Now always CARD NOT FOUND!
All drivers corectlly instaled, try on 3 diferent pc, when box is connected red and green leds are ligthing but always card not found!
My box is damaged??? Please i really need your help

open your z3x box, put out sim card & clean sim & sim slot and then re-insert your z3x card
after all this post result...

Already done this bro same problem ! Everything same to be ok inside box

Still card not found!

check in device manager , smart card driver ok or not.
If not ok reinstall driver

If driver ok, do as nafe2me suggests...

You can try always on other pc, if same problem and
If you think hardware problem contact with reseller for warranty

Already try on another pc same problem sir... My reseller is Asco gsm and they don't want to replace my box What should i do?

if not replace your reseller out of warranty buy another new smart card for z3x..
