i try to remove user code of my samsung E1200R but when i click read info, read start without any press on power button. also without phone connected read start. please i need help, is my box died. what can i do to solve it

only do it again and chek if cable is good

or when conect phone to z3x box press the power bouton to connecte phone

without cable connected to box. it say that phone detected and fail. please help

i think it is not my box whom died but system or driver wrong. i tried with another pc and it is running very well. so what can be the mather with my pc? is any one can know?
