my z3x card dont open Samsung Tool PRO - GSM-Forum

hi have a z3x samsung tool pro activated u can see on the picture. but when i try to open the software this show opnening detect smartcard but after that it closes.
1. is not pc problem because i have another z3x and that works fine.
2.is not reader or interface problem because i put the smartcard in another reader and the problem persists.
3. with this i can open old versions like 18.6.
