Exclamation N7000 BLANK IMEI / Phone unknown fix with how-to

As title said,

I received N7000 Galaxy Note, with BLANK imei, no signal bars,
insert sim card with sim inserted.

As many thinks, this is NOT just software issue.

First, this is not fix for imei 0000449xxxx (which is software repairable),
but at the end, there are backed up EFS files, which can be used for this, too.

so, lets get on it :

- Disassemble the phone (consult youtube if don't know how)
- Take the mainboard off, disconnect all cables gently, remove it from cover
- Check attached pictures, remove needed RF Shield covers
- Clean the mainboard with isopropyle alcohol, and let it dry for couple minutes
- Add some flux to marked regions, and GENTLY, I said GENTLY, reflow it
with hot air, for no more than 20 seconds, each marked part
- Let it chill down, pack it back to phone cover

At this stage ... you should have signal bars back, and imei should be default,
0000049xxxxxx .... time for fixing it with some tools + Z3x Box

- Download EFS Backup Pro HERE
- Download clean EFS HERE
- Put downloaded OK_____GT-N7000_201334_234410.tar.gz archive in EFS Backup folder /EFSProBackup
- If you didn't do it before, root the phone, BUSYBox needs to be installed in phone, enable USB debugging
- Start EFS Backup sw, let it detect the phone,
- Go to RESTORE tab, under restore options - FORMAT EFS, do it
- Select backup, check left side, tick EFS and PARAMS, do RESTORE
- Reboot phone after done

now it's time to finally fix it with one and only Z3x :

- Phone powered on, usb debugging enabled
- Select N7000 as model, prepare c3300k cable as well, connect to box
- In software press read info, phone via usb, must read info
- Under 'Repair' options, tick COM port, press repair, USB cable still IN
- Don't tick "efs repair", just put IMEI, #and S/N, Bluetooth mac if needed#
- After it do first part #write imei# it wil lreboot the phone
- Immediately put c3300k COM cable in phone and wait, must be done with success

- You should now have fixed imei, with all working !
