n7105 E:failed to mount /efs (Invalid argument)

hello there. i have GT-N7015 handset here for repair, not sure how the handset ended up in this state. I flashed latest firmware from sammobile using odin, flash finished as it should, with Pass at the very end, and now receiving the above error.

Can anyone tell me solution to fix this issue.
