Both Have Strange Problems

i think the phone remote by company if you have cert write cert for see what happen.

I Got In This Condition From Customer
I Have No Idea About History
Also Customer Has No Idea About Its History
Cause Any His Friend Sent To Him From Korea In This Condition

it's seems like Disabled By Company, Like EE.....Try to make Hard reset or flash recovery And try to unlock it with BST. or flash with Different Firmware.

i said "Like" EE....! i just assume that it was Disabled By 1st owner of this Devices or Company..... i think it is lost Devices.....!
try to Find out Odin Flashble cwm Recovery and unlock it Via recovery By BST.
