is there a way to unlock N900V frp with z3x or any tool ?

Did you try manually or with SideSync if not coming right try using Realterm

i did selected j500f in z3x table, job done but frp still locked,
now after that, the phone can enter adb, can i do anything now ?

Operation: Reset FRP/React/EE
Selected model: SM-J500F
Selected port: COM3 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Software version: 28.1

Searching Samsung USB Flash interface... COM22 detected
Setup connection... Ok
Reading PIT from phone... Ok
Searching FRP lock... Ok
Erasing FRP lock... Ok
Reset done
For complete reset FRP, goto 'Backup and reset' and make 'Factory data reset'
Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.28.1

It only Reset J500F or FN so you trying your luck brother. Use Emergency Call or Realterm or SideSync as I saidb
