Repair the MEID. It needs to match the IMEI on CDMA based phones for CERT to pass ;-)

Download DFS Tool or CDMA Workshop (I use paid version)

Connect phone send 16digit password ...
and make sure "R-UIM Config" is set to "R-UIM only"
Problem solved ....

On every CDMA based phone that ive had to repair the IMEI on the MEID must match the IMEI. As soon as I write the MEID, cert passes upon reboot.

Not on my side I never had issues with IMEI Cert not passing ... Only with the G900V yeah I have to match the MEID with the IMEI ... But on the N900V I never had issues with it ...

Hey guys im having the same problem everything went smoothly, i wrote the n900 cert onto the n900v and it has a clean imei but it wont get service, it says EMERFENCY CALLS ONLY. When i type *#0011# into the phone it says "IMEI CERT: PASS" but it also says "SERVICE: LIMITED" . And when i typed in *#06# the meid is the same as the imei so why is it still not working ?! Please help!!! I wrote the cert with the z3x box. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED! Thanks!
