CHECK YOUR BLACKLISTS! Hours of troubleshooting can be cut down by something as simple as checking the blacklist of your operator. Also as a sidenote, do not use X country's blacklist search engine if you're in country Y. You MUST use a blacklist search engine for your country/carrier specifically.

If your imei is blank, you need
wipe efs
write good cert
write good QCN
