N910a unknown bb imei null


Hello who can help me there is N910A that after *#9090# have UNKNOWN BB, IMEI NULL pb.

In forum have posted 2 solutins

but its not warke at me becouse after firmware in this file N910AUCU1COC4 phone begen show app update and after 12% began restart.Phone swich on only by this file N910AUCU1BNK3 and other 4.4.4 version too but with 5.0.1 version not wark any solution please

If flashing other FW or writing EFS wont fix baseband, most probably its a HW problem.

Hello think this time supportes or mr blanq will geve me answare I have repaiar my phone bb and imei and now want write qcn fore NETWARK but z3x geve me this error

BACKUP INSTRUCTIONS:
Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Press 'Read EFS' button to read backup or 'Write EFS' to restore or
press 'Write CERT' to restore certificates.

To backup/restore QCN, phone diagnostic port must be enabled.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and select 'DM/DUN over HSIC'.
Or use 'Activate Diag' function from 'Repair' tab.
4. Connect phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
5. Choose diagnostic port in port settings.
6. Press 'Read QCN' button to read NV backup or 'Write QCN' to restore.

Operation: Write QCN
Selected model: SM-N910A
Selected port: COM6 NsPro Port
Software version: 22.6

Reading QCN file... OK
Reading ID... error
No answer from phone

Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.22.6

No answer from phone.

Reason:
Selected port: COM6 NsPro Port <---wrong port!
Which tool are you using?

Port must be the one that the Device Manager windows tells you where the Samsung model is.
Start from uploading a picture of Device Manager window when the box and the model, are connected to PC.
After you select the correct port, phone will answer something
