its needed samsung port must b need when we do wrte this file ?

Huh? Since when are CERTs written over the QC DIAG port? They're written over UART. And the z3x software is able to utilize UART over adb. At NO point is the QC DIAG port ever used (on newer phones) other than backing up and restoring the QCN.
