N910P IMEI repair tutorial?

I just bought and activated a z3x box and successfully unlocked the N910P but the existing IMEI is blacklisted and I cannot figure out how to change the IMEI. I have read pretty much all of the threads on here trying to piece together what I need to do and I don't see a clear set of instructions, other than that I need some type of certificate to change it. I have tried the Reset EFS and Disable Factory Mode option and it did nothing to change it. I will pay with Paypal or Amazon gc if someone can provide me clear concise instructions along with anything else I need to change the IMEI and get H+ working after I change the IMEI.

Thanks

Ok I see the video says I need a certificate. Where do I get this from? Can I take a certificate from another phone and use it? I have a note 3 and a s6 edge+ also on sprint with clean IMEI, so could I apply one of those certificates on the bad esn N910P since they are all samsung phones?

Thanks

You can read CERT on none Qualcomm chipset, you can write CERT to a phone even if diferrent phone type as long as Key ID are the same.

ok i got a cert but it gives me an error in samsung tools when I try to write it. i reset the msl and efs (NOT ERASE) and I still get an error message. funny thing is that the imei updated on the phone to the new imei attached to the cert yet samsung tools says it fails to write. i tried writing n910u and n910f certs and it errors out. the qcn files write fine. the phone doesnt get a signal. when i do *#0011# it says IMEI Certi FAIL, -2
