N910V no mobile network available

I have an n910V that the efs had gotten wiped.

I don't remember exactly what it was doing before I think whenever you try to call or text the service and data would drop after a few seconds.

Today I managed to get a good QCN off my brothers new phone. Wrote it to the phone and now data works, and texts work, but if I try to make a call it says no mobile networks available.

Anyone have any ideas?

FYI here is the good N910V QCN if anyone needs.

try to redo everthing again.

1 Root the phone

2 Reset EFS(wipe) (Backup first, off cause)

3 Write Cert.

Good luck.

If you wiped the EFS off a cdma phone, good luck with that!
Not unless you backed it up initially.

You aren't screwed you just need to match the IMEI with the MEID so you can get cert PASS and get network, use DFS to do this even the free version works.

Here's the 16 digit code so you can acomplish this 2009031920090615 and the SPC is all zeroes.

I'm pretty sure the Verizon phones are prone to RF NV loss when the EFS is wiped. AFAIK, you cannot take a QCN backup from a CDMA phone. The file ends up short. It doesn't back up all the items. It shouldn't be wiped in the first place. That's why the SPC and password exist.

To be honest I think so too, I thought that I did wiped one and it worked after I writed QCN that BTW to write it what I did is unlock the phone through DFS then use Z3X to write QCN and it went through perfectly

I unlocked via DFS before reading and writing the QCN.

Using DFS I just did a EFS scan and I get some BAD PARAM errors in some parts of the NV. I wonder if it would be possible to read a good NV and fix those sectors with the same information?

Or what if I read only the NVM and write that instead of the entire EFS?
