Do you have to rewrite MEID matching with IMEI of CERT...

Youre trying to use GSM service on a CDMA phone with international and domestic RIL GSM locks...These types of locks aren't cleared by wiping the efs or repairing the IMEI.

This isn't for this phone but it might give you an idea, like said before imei and MEID must match. http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f453...epair-1896495/

I have the same n915p with null imei.
