UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:

Micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and choose USB (or 'DM/DUN over HSIC').
4. Reboot phone.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
6. Select Samsung diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.

Operation: Unlock
Selected model: SM-N915T
Selected port: COM83 SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port ,
Software version: 21.8

Reading phone info...
Reading IMEI... OK
IMEI: 355024060137339
Reading security... new type
Bypassing... OK
Unlocking... error

Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.21.8

PLEASE fix this the mobile is on lollipop also take out from soft this step 3. Type *#9090# and choose USB (or 'DM/DUN over HSIC').

because it brake the baseband on lollipop

no root.
dial *#0808# select dm+modem+adb and *#9090# select dm/dun
check debugging
connect powered on phone
install drivers
unlock

its depend of firmware version. not android version.
