1. Phone must be powered off
2. Connect the phone to UART cable.
3. Select correct COM port in port settings.
4. Press 'Reset FRP UFS' and follow the instructions in program.

Yeah, downgrade to the lowest security binary possible which is N920TUVS4DPH2 firmware ANDROID 6.0.1 VERSION. Flash it with that firmware, unlock the phone then do the upgrade to 7.0. Report back please when you are done.
