Hi,

i know that it is usually not possible to use a Demo Unit as a normal Phone. Thats usually, because the Baseband IC and other important parts are missing.

Ive got a few Note 8 Demo Units that are missing NOTHING. The Board is Complete, Baseband IC and all surrounding Parts are included.

I flashed an official N950F Rom and Rooted the phone. Do you guys think its possible to write an IMEI?

when i type *#0011# its all empty, no text. how much cost write cert?

are you sure there is no missing parts?how you determine that?have you compare a 950F motherboard with 950x motherboard?
I also have a 950x but as much as i know in all demo phone there is a lot of missing parts (on motherboards) and can not be transformed in a functional gsm phone(without put a full functional MB)

Yes I am 100% sure. Like I said we are specialized in Mainboard Repairs. I have S8 Demo Boards to, which are missing the parts, which are neccesary. I even compared to standard n950F and its 100% identical. Nothing at all is missing on the mainboard. Also all parts are branded with n950f, not n950x. Its the first time I see a Demo Phone like this.

Extremely strange in this case.I also flash with 950F firmware but in z3x does not find modem(i'm very sure i flash all 4 files).Do you have any idea why there is no modem and why in*#0011# or *#9090# is a blank page?

Does anyone have any ideea what RMN STATE:PRENORMAL in bootloader screen ,means?

As you could see OEM is OFF but in developers mode does not have OEM Unlock options.
