what solution?
you have phone which is demo. you can use it like calculator.
z3x do not have magic button for change demo phone to normal phone.
and we do not work on this.

hi,
the guy is right, i just disassembled a demo Note8 it does have all the parts on it
compared it to regular note8 - exactly the same.

the difference must be in software.
i flashed it if regular n950F software and it works, but does not have IMEI.
if there a way to write CERT or something ?

i have many of these boards. would be ready to pay for a solution.

PS: i have z3x box.

I have a Note 8 that seems to back up what he is saying, this handset has no baseband or imei yet it was working fine on the network until i down graded, no oem unlock option, z3x won't recognize the modem, i'm assuming efs is lost. won't even take eng bootloader since ota update was done.

I've search a lot but dosen't find anything about.I could guarantee that on flash modem is not written.I supose that under motherboard protection could be some missing part compare with a n950f .Someone could check this please?(SergioHeadache if you have many 950x board could you check please and report?)
If nothing missing then i do not have a clue how a hell samsung engineer could block flash cp on 950x

I have found something intersting on demo note8 partitions: there are 2 bootloader partitions (you could see on attached photo), also a partitions called dqmdbg 16mb

Does someone have any idea why are 2 bootloader partitions ?

You can't fix hardware fault with software if the hw modem chip is physically missing from the board.
