I have bought Z3X .. and I don't know anything about.

how to flash a set ... [ with or without battery]

how to unlock security code

how to handle dead set

what are drivers for sets and so on

please help with details

because I got two sets S3310 and S5263

S3310 is hang on samsung and S5263 have security code ..

use e210 cable...

press write firmware option...
press*button then insert usb cable...
operation start...

cable e210 with usb is not detecting set .. whereas cable j750 rj45 is detecting. i did the same written 4 files firmware but set hangs on samsung

I downloaded three different firmwares from support .. firmware is written and sets gets on well .. but after disconcerting from box .. set still restarts after Samsung at the beginning
