also its bit weird but that model on tsar web comes as 7562i for trend duos

below u have link with repair files:

Samsung Full Firmwares | 4Files Firmwares (PDA,AP,Modem,Phone,CP,BL,Bootloader,CSC,PIT Files)

It was flashed wrong CSC file
Just look at the label under the battery and flash it based on the model on that label
